Like you, gentle reader, YHC is surprised I’ve been at this so long. As many others already have, I must credit the 2nd-F as the reason for my continued returns.
Someone smarter than I once said that F3 finds men when they need it most–or when they finally give into the EH.
Ran to the big flag for…
We remained circled around the flag for the Wave of Merkins – all in plank position, with each PAX doing one proceeding all the way around the circle; followed by each PAX doing 2 on the next round, then 3, then 4, 5…
Had more fun in store, so aborted the plan to go back down to 1 as it took too long with 23 pax in sequence.
We ran over to the planters and did a modified cooper:
10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 dips; then ran to the 2nd island and back.
then 9,9,9, run
down to 1,1,1
Finally, after this, we lined up along the parking lot edge for a lunge ladder.
mosy to the first island, 5 lunges, back to start
mosy to 2nd island, do 10 lunges, back to start
3rd island for 15
4th island for 20
5th island for 25
final island for 30
And back, rallying the troops to wrap it up and head back to the flag for ONE 30 second segment of Mary. What was it…?
Prayers and intentions of some sort, great reminder of why I need to write these up in a more timely fashion.
F3 did find me when I needed it most and it’s helped with a lot of spiritual and mental growth through challenging times. Onward!
