The Thang

I tried keeping the workout as balanced as possible this morning. I had a couple of different spots I wanted to visit to make sure we got a good mix.

1st stop, the grass hill:

20 Squats at the bottom of the hill

Bear crawled going up

20 Monkey Humpers at the top of the hill

Crawl Bear back down

**We did 3 rounds**

Dying Cockroach for the 6 (Lead by Aflac)

2nd stop, The small wall:

20 dips

20 Incline Merkins

**We did 3 rounds**

Air Chair for the 6.

I decided to try something new. Baton Death March.

Similar to Indian Run, but the last guy does 3 Burpees, then sprints to the front, tapping the last guy on his way by for him to drop and do burpees.

3rd stop, the Football field:

We started on the Goal line. We Alligator Merkin until we made it to the 25-yard line. (While in plank position, we alligator walked 5 steps then added a merkin until we got to the 25.) From the 25-yard line to the 50, we “Inch worm”. From the 50 to the 25, we lung walked. From the 25 to the goal line, we squatted.

From the goal line to the 50 jogged, from the 50 to the other goal line we sprinted.

4th Stop, the Playground:

We did a round of morning call.

We made it back to the flag with exactly 5 minutes left for Mary. We took turns calling out exercises. DD did show us how to do the “Horse humper”… The two times I’ve Q’ed, DD has showed us new exercises. “Buzz saw” was demonstrated on my first Q. HA
