For the first sub-thirty degree beatdown at the Norseman, YHC had the helm. Seemed the perfect conditions for a bunch or Norsemen.  Or so it seemed. At 5:30 on the nose Nacho rolled in to the AO and we were off.

I had planned to keep the PAX moving this morning to keep the blood flowing so we did a rolling workout.

We ran North on the park road and stopped at the Miracle League pavilion for SSH.

We ran North again and stopped at the fence between the softball fields 1 and 2 for Weed pickers.

We ran further North until the left entrance to field 6 and 7 for Imperial Walkers.

We ran North to the entrance to field 8 for 20 squats. Ran back to field 8 for 20 Merkins. ran back to field 8 entrance for 20 LBCs. Ran to the entrance to fields 6 and 7 for 20 squats, run up to concession stand for 20 dips, pavilion for 20 Derkins, back to concession stand for 20 squats, down into the wooded parking area for 20 merkins with right foot and hand on log, back to paved parking for 20 merkins with left hand and foot on landscape timber, return to park road for 20 squats….

Continued on with stops at Miracle Field parking, playground for dips, pull ups, derkins and chin ups, stops between fields 1/4, 3/4, 2/3 and 1/2 for 20s for squats, merkins and LBCs. On the the southeast corner of the big lot, southwest corner, football field 2 parking, stand for merkins left side up then merkins right side up, back to the park road and a stop at the pond for 20, a stop at the top of the hill for 20, a loop around the entrance sign and back to the tennis parking for 20, back to the pond for 20, pond trail to the whipping post for 20 dips and back to the flag for 20 LBCs to finish.

All in all a simple but effective workout for 3.0 miles and lots of reps.

It is always a pleasure to workout with Nacho Libre. He is a HIM and always giving it his all.1
