9 PAX arrived just in time to start our Tuesday beat-down. The rain fell heavy last night but broke before 5:30 am to start our mosey off dry…that wouldn’t last.
Warmup:

The Thang(s)
From warmups the PAX made a lap around the park mixing up workouts between light posts. From air squats to broad jumps our legs were burning by the time we reached the center of the field. YHC laid out 3 markers while one of the PAX pitched in their hat for the 4th. The PAX circled up around the markers for a solid session of Global Warming. We all took position with Al Gores and began to shuffle in a circle while holding the squat. After a few laps YHC called out a workout (Between each workout we proceeded to shuffle the circle of Al Gores until YHC called the next):
- 25 lbc
- 20 merkins
- 15 squat jumps
- 10 burbees
The PAX then moseyed to the stairs to complete 5 calf raises each step. At the top we used the hill to run down and then Bernie up x4. We met back in the field for some 11s of merkins and big boys with broad jump in between. YHC attempted to have the PAX EO (Lay on your back and shimmy your body from point A to point B with feet and arms in the air) between the 11s but quickly called an audible when most of the PAX were only digging down in the mud and not making much progress.
Our last stop YHC was most excited about. We broke out the speaker for some Thunder Stuck. During the song every time ‘Thunder’ was said the PAX completed a burpee (33 in total) and while we waited for the next burpee air squats kept us company. Unfortunately YHC made it half way through the song then found myself on the edge of the parking lot spewing. Needless to say YHC could not handle the Thunder. After the PAX finished with 4 min left a little mosey and a little mary filled the time well.

- Blue challenged us all to step up and lead and gave Chelsea the coveted beer coozy. (Looking forward to seeing the number of VQs increase)
