Party Time is Miller Time’s Cousin from up North where 70’s – 90’s Rock still rules! He was our guest Q today, and it’s obvious M.T is jealous of his long blonde flowing mane (Pellets said it needed some conditioner however). Complete with leather vest, long chains and a Halloween Orange F3 shirt to show some respect.
After an introduction by this tall gorgeous human, the pax took off on a warm up lap around the parking lot back to the flag for the warm up exercises which included Frankensteins and some other things not Halloween named.
On to the rock pile for a hefty coupon to hold Zamperini style to the big lot behind the pool.

Suicide was the first theme with increasing reps of curls at home base and 5 burpees at each divider. 6 laps, 30 burpees, 105 curls later we were done.
Over to the long curb for some 11’s kicky ball drill style (crackism) where the pax do Mike Tysons against the curb on one end, squats on the other and some fast footwork all the way down the curb each time until Party Time calls stop. This was great coordination training for the pax as there were all kinds of strange looking variations of the intended exercise – a result of body and brain not on the same page.
With Coupon overhead, we moved to FOD for 1 round of a Cookie Chesto Cycle (In honor of our respected alumni who we hope returns one day soon). This included Scary Spider walk forward and reverse
One full field all you got sprint and back to the flag for a quick round of Zima led MARY.
