Warm-O-Rama: (all IC and x10): Imperial Walkers, Squats, Windmills, Arm Circles (repeat-O)
The Thang: Mosey to the top of the DNC Hill – and halt for “the refrain”. (A refrain is the line or lines that are repeated in music or in verse – for our purposes, the refrain was 10 SSH/10 HRM-Hand Release Merksins (both in IC). Mosey to the bottom of the hill – pause – Refrain.
Mosey to the stump gathering for a set of 11s -Stepups and Dips. Mosey to the T.H.O.P. and a set of dips for grins and giggles, followed by – Refrain.
Mary: (all IC and x10) LBC, Rosalita, Low Dolly, Obliques, Low-Slow Flutter
Mosey back to the lower parking lot – Refrain. Mosey to the center of the lot.
Jacobs ladder with some extra squats for added measure. 1 HRM followed by 3 sets of 5 squats at strategic locations up the hill with 5 HRMs at the bottom. Jog to the bottom (2 at the bottom and 4 up top…you get the picture).
Mary Part Deux: (all IC and x10) LBC, Rosalita, Low Dolly, Obliques, Low-Slow Flutter
Refrain. Mosey back towards the back entrance to Austin – pause for a refrain at the corner. Mosey back to the school.
Wall sitsĀ and planks with some HRMs throw-in. 3 Minutes of calf stretches, regular, toe-in, and heel drops.
