- Imperial walkers
We continued our warm-up with a little Mucho-Chesto of merkins (all together but not IC- 100 reps total)
- 10 regular
- 10 wide
- 10 diamond
- 10 right straddle
- 10 left straddle
Rinse and repeat for 2 x total.
The Thang
With our chests swollen and massive we headed back down into the valley of pain to pick up a few medium sized coupons. Head over to the soccer field for a little round of Blackjack!
We started at the sideline with our coupons in hand for our instruction. As you know everything adds up to 21! Squat thrusts with coupon at starting sideline and LBC’s at far end after run. Here’s routine:
- 20 ST’s—run—1LBC
- 19 ST’s—-run—2 LBC’s
- 18 ST’s—-run—3LBC’s
- 17 ST’s—-run—4LBC’s
- End with 20 lbc’s and 1 ST
