With a couple back to back Qs on the horizon YHC took the opportunity to recycle a recent one that we took over to the Wreckicon a while back. At 0530 we moseyed around the parking lot picking up some stragglers and then off to the football field parking lot for a slightly different warm-up. We’ve had several warmups with Sally, doing squats as we bring her up and down. But figured we’d try it with Merkins. I think Squeegee said it best – what kind of warmup is this?
A painful 3:30 later we headed to the field and lined up on the goal line for an escalator:

Round 6: 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 Dry Docks, 25 Squats, 1 minute elbow planks, run to the 80 yard line and back; plank for the six
Round 7: 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 Dry Docks, 25 Squats, 1 minute elbow planks, 35 American Hammers, run to the 80 yard line and back; plank for the six
Round 8: 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 Dry Docks, 25 Squats, 1 minute elbow planks, 35 American Hammers, 40 Overhead presses in Air Chair, run to the 80 yard line and back; plank for the six
Round 9: 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 LBCs, 20 Dry Docks, 25 Squats, 1 minute elbow planks, 35 American Hammers, 40 Overhead presses, 45 Monkey Humpers run to the 80 yard line and back; plank for the six
Round 10: Enough time for Burpees, Merkins, LBCs Dry Docks, Squats and plan hold. Then we heade back to the flag. No time for Mary.
