As Michael raced past Atlanta, only four hearty souls got out of the fartsack to wave goodbye with a good, old-fashioned Seles beatdown. We missed all the weekday usuals (and the rain and wind was minimal so you shouldn’t have been afraid to post!)

Mosey to Seles stop for Mary: 11 Box-cutters, 11 Low Dolly, 11 High Dolly, 11 L over R, 11 R over L, 11 Heels-to-Heaven, 11 Low Flutter, 11 High Flutter, 11 Freddie Mercurys, 11 LBCs i.c.
Mosey to the short hill before the tennis courts: Partner up and one burpees while the other bear crawls to the top of the hill and runs back to bottom. Switch. Repeat 5X
Mosey to the top of the stairs at the back of the school to start a Crowd Pleaser: 5 8-count body-builders at the top of the steps then run to next stairs with 5 merkins at each sidewalk (coming and going) and 1 8-count body-builder at the top of the other steps. Reduce by 1 at first stairs and increase by 1 at the other. Finish at top of other stairs.
Mosey down stairs to flagpole and circle up for Mary: 39 LBCs i.c. 3X
