A cool breeze filled The Firehouse this am. YHC could feel it in the air. It seemed almost conceivable that Fall was just around the corner.

5 reps Mountain climbers(both legs 1 IC) into bear crawl around circle. Keep holding plank for 3 count merkins in IC x 5. Rinse and repeat with 10 reps MC’s IC, and merkins x 10 IC.
The Thang
YHC borrowed a beatdown from our brothers from F3 Savannah. He’d been eying this beatdown for awhile, and today seemed like the perfect day. Here’s it went:
The title of this beatdown had been described as a Jacobs ladder with a Zombie walk. Here’s the routine:
- 50 yds lunge walk–> 5 merkins
- 45 yd LW – 10 merkins
- 40 yd LW- 15 merkins
- 35 yd LW- 20 merkins
- 30 yd LW- 25 merkins
- 25 yd LW- 30 merkins
- 20 yd LW- 35 merkins
- 15 yd LW- 40 merkins
- 10 yd LW- 45 merkins
- 5 yd LW- 50 merkins
With our legs and chest damaged beyond repair, we headed back to the flag doing a “catch me if you can” routine. PAX did Indian run style. Last PAX dropoed and performed 3 Burpees, catching the remaining PAX after completing. One round back to flag.
With time to spare we grabbed some coupons for some colt 45’s( upper half, lower, and full). For extra credit we performed 15 reps of skull crushers (we rotated rocks in our circle to break up the manotany.
