About a month ago YHC got the call for a launch Q in Mobile, AL. I can’t resist a new region launch so I quickly agreed to make the trip. Scar agreed to go with me to keep me sane on the drive down and back.
The mustard seed starting this region is none other than an F3 brother and former BRR team captain from my BRR team last year, Pew. It was great to see him again catch up after Scar and I arrived Friday night.
Saturday morning we arrived early at the AO for a little reconnaissance. Did you know Mobile is flat? And humid? And flat? No Widowmaker hill at this AO!
As the men of Mobile arrived introductions were had and disclaimer given and we were off.
First a mosey around the parking lot with some backwards running, left and right slides and a return to the flag for:
Warmup

- Windmill IC
- Weed Picker IC
- Copperhead Squats IC
- Merkins IC
- Wide Merkins IC
- Diamond Merkins IC
We mosied over to a soccer field.

Dora:
We paired up and 1 PAX ran the length of the soccer field and back while the other PAX worked on:

Plank for the 6 then we slow mosied over to the amphitheater.
Thang 3

We moved around the back side of the amphitheater to find a slightly lower step up.
Three rounds of:
- 10 each leg step ups

We mosied to the playground looking for something to pull up on. Back in our previous pairs we did 10 pull ups while the other PAX planked.
We mosied back to the flag for:

It was an honor to lead these men as they are starting their own new region in Mobile. Lots of exciting things to come for the men around the bay!
