YHC had Q honors for the first time at Caney Creek and arrived with the requisite headlamp to scout out a few different options that would accommodate the NLB brothers and regulars alike. This is a small and dark AO with seemingly few options but more than one might think if you use your imagination. I can see some interesting adventures here in the future gloom. At 5:15 there was no sign of the NLB van so we proceeded with an audible that was turned up to 11 since we had a smaller group of regular HIM’s.

Nothing fancy on this one. Just a standard Dora with a slight twist. We each grabbed a formidable coupon from the rock pile for a solo Dora 1-2-3 that was supposed to be a climb up the mountain and back down but we barely made it to the top before we ran out of time…poor planning on YHC’s part.
Standard Dora 1-2-3 with slight modification. All reps were done solo with a run to the end of the parking lot and back after every 25 reps.

Audibled to run after every 50 reps on the squats and ran out of time just before we made it to 300. We put in a solid 3 miles of running overall.
