20 Pax gathered for what I knew was going to be a tough beatdown, but I was pumped to be back in the gloom for a one off B day Q!
The Thang
Mosey to the playground for a Mary ring of fire (if that’s the right name for it). All 20 pax had the chance to call out an exercise (although some threw in non mary exercises which is all good).

Grab a solid sized rock from the runoff creek.

- Spades – Shoulder Press with Rock
- Club – Bent Over Row with Rock
Finish the final card at 6:14:59 and sprint back to the flag.

I miss the gloom and working out alongside my brothers. Working out at home by yourself is okay but it pales in comparison to sweating next to and being pushed by other men. Keep up the great work and I can’t wait to be back full time!
