Warm-Up: Mosey around and circle up for SSH, Windmills, Phelps and Sun Salutes and then mosey to the track.
PT Test: One month down in 2018, 11 to go. Everyone has their own goals, hopes and dreams – which include getting stronger and faster. We used a modified US ARMY version to complete. Tunes provided by AC/DC Pandora Radio. Partner up to cheer on and help remember each other’s count, one partner goes first, the other rests.

- 12 minutes run as far as you can around the track OYO
The intent of this PT Test was not to demonstrate who is the strongest or the fastest – but for each individual to know where they stand at this moment in time with the expressed purpose of challenging themselves to do better by the 26th of March and later on in the year. The scores were recorded and will be transmitted to the individuals that posted. Each individual should work to improve on these on their own throughout the next 60 days in order to obtain positive gains. Do not rely solely on what you do when you post.
If you did not post, challenge yourself today to these three exercises. It is recommended that you view the official US Army site so you can look over the PROPER FORM for MERKINS and SIT UPS and work towards these standards. While on this site, you can also look at how you rate vs the scale published for your particular age group.
FINISHER: With your partner, Wheel Barrow halfway across the width of the football field, both perform 10 Merkins, then other partner finishes the 2nd half of the field and both perform 10 Merkins. To return, first partner carries the other partner halfway across the width, switch and when they reached the starting side, perform 10 partner rows each.
