Preamble:
There was a good pre-run.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the warmup spot (TM). Did a few basic exercises to stretch out.
The Thang:
Work out consisted on going to the lower field. We would do a set of workouts, sprint to mid-field, do another exercise, then sprint the rest of the way. We rinsed and repeated this for 40 minutes. Then moseyed back for some Mary.
COT:
Second F tonight, and Rome Ruck was discussed.
Prayed then took the picture.
Was discussed how we are getting a new Site Q on July 4th.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Only two PAX could stay for coffee, YHC and Seaman. Had a good discussion about life, pursuing health goals, and life in general.
