Preamble:

Knew it was going to be a small group and felt like a good day for a ruck with pain stations.

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm up – got right to it

The Thang:

We rucked around the soccer/football fields and in the area between the fields, stopped for pain stations.

Shared the thoughts from the “Good” video by Jocko Willink.  Basically, every problem or adversity that comes up should be viewed in light of what can learned or accomplished through it.

Prayers for Ace’s dad and Sirmixalot’s dad who are both having health issues.  And for my son Jackson who is contemplating enlisting in the military.  Prayers for our brother and their families who are or will be traveling as well.
