National Donut Day!

Preamble:

It is National Donut Day…you might have to search hard to find any tie to donuts but may be in for a surprise at coffeteria?

Warm-O-Rama:

As we Mosey down the hill to back of park – we will do 1 burpee at every light pole (something we will continue for duration of beatdown)

Warm-o-rama – SSH, Weedpickers, Arm Circles

The Thang:

4 Corners on the field – 10 Merkins, 20 Leg Lifts, 30 J-Los (2 = 1), 40 Squats – escalating up and back down

Entrance to STEM school – tug of war, total of 100 reps max first exercise then perform second exercise until you reach 100.  (Some modifications were needed on repetitions)

3 sets:

1. Shoulder taps (feet on wall), LBCs
2. Donkey Kicks on wall, Monkey Humpers
3. Dirty Hook-ups, Freddy Mercury

Mosey back to flag with burpees at each pole on the way back.
