Happy Veterans Day

Preamble:

Since it was pouring down rain and Rusty didn’t want to melt, YHC had to improvise, adapt, and overcome.

Adjustments to original plan made: Gazebo across the road from AO to be the new LZ.  Check.

Second adjustment made: Change some of the BD to accommodate change in location.  Check.

Disclaimer given, good turnout of 10 total PAX, rain still coming down…let’s go.

TheBurn shows up…He said he was going to make sure all PAX reporting to original AO LZ knew where we were at, but YHC thinks he may have slept in.

Let’s Mosey…(mixed with high knees)

Circle Up – 1 Round of Captain Thor in the rain and on the cement

Mosey – Curioca to the left, curioca to the right…back to Gazebo.

The Thang:

Partner Up: 10 PAX (5 teams) – every PAX carries a cinder.

ROUND 1:

Partner A: 100 Curls, 200 Merkins, 300 Squats (with cinder)

Partner B Rifle carries cinder 60 yards to stop sign and back

Switch until completion:  Plank for Six.

ROUND 2:

Partner A: 50 Lunges, 100 Deadlifts , 150 Overhead Presses

Partner B: Runs to the road forwards and Bernie Sanders back.

Switch until completion: Dying Cockroaches for Six.

COT:

Santa Ruck: 12/10…Fallfest in Roswell at Home Church 2pm Saturday…Beer Ruck on Saturday.
