Since it was YHC’s birthday, it seemed appropriate to Q, and luckily that turned out to be on a Widowmaker day. Boomer was nice enough to design an AlphaRuck that was able to drop me off in time for the Widowmaker BD, and YHC was joined by many of the HIMs who did the Twisted Surpise. MT mentioned that he was glad I turned 15, to keep the rep counts low. YHC commented that my shortie turned 15 a week ago, so my age must be somewhat higher!
Disclaimer given, and then mosey to the turn around on Webb Bridge for the following:
Side straddle hop
Then mosey back to the flag.
Head to the soccer field for a Cooper. That is 10 burpees, 10 squats, and 10 big boy situps, then a lap. Then 9 of each exercise and another lap. Keep going until you get down to 1. Good work!
Next head over to the rock pile and pick a medium coupon. Time for some Colt 44s (not to be confused with Colt 45), coinciding with my new age. That is 15 low curls, 15 full curls, 14 high curls. Then shoulder presses, skull crushers, and squats. Then back to the curl trio (44).
Next mosey to the stairs by the bathroom for some 11’s: monkey humpers at the top and plankjacks at the bottom.
Then there was some request for BTTW, and I was happy to oblige.
Partner up and hold BTTW for 1 minute while partner does Al Gore. Then switch and then repeat!
Mosey back to the flag.
Head out to the soccer field for a soft spot place to sit.
Go around the circle starting with American hammers, and then added a bunch of stuff I don’t remember, but I think there was T-Bombs, box cutters, and flutter kicks.
Good work everyone, thanks for a great start to YHC’s birthday!
