With no one grabbing the Q the night before, Pinkey and I decided to to team up with me bringing the pain and him brining the tunes.
Warm-O-Rama:
It was a balmy 29 degrees and the PAX starting rolling in. After the usual disclaimer, we did a normal warm-up routine.
The Thang:
BOARD OF PAIN:
10 rounds of exercises including merkins, blockees, lunges, LBCs, squats, mountain climbers, plank jacks, flutter kicks, sprints and bear crawls. After each set, PAX would run a lap.
