The Thang:

YHC dropped off 5 sandbags by the lower circle for the pax to enjoy… pax queued up for a little run/lift with 90 second intervals. Start by running a laps (~250 meters) then 10 reps of an exercise with any time left being rest, when the clock starts 90, start running again. Rotate thru 5 exercises
  1. Deadlift 80#
  2. kettlebell swing 50#
  3. shoulder press 40#
  4. bent over row 45#
  5. sand bag burpees 60#
we had a goal of 25 rounds and got thru 23, and pax modified the burpees to 5 instead of 10
