Midweek through spring break 2024 and 4 pax chose to forgo the comfort of the sack and the warm sand of the beach in exchange for the cold concrete of the gloom.

2 teams, tall guys and less tall guys.
one team carries heavy sand bag around the parking lot. Team 2 alternates merkins and dips. (10/5). Repeat until each team gets 2 times on the bag. Round 2 repeat with 25 lbc and 25 leg lifts for the non walking pair. The bag was heavy and did a number on our hands.
- mosey to coupons and get a size you are proud of. 10 curls 10 scull crushers then a trip up and down the hill. Repeat 4 times.
