There's really nothing better than Q'ing at the Rubicon on a Thursday knowing the pax would come out in full force. 50 degrees and clear skies greeted the pax where 6 pre-runners hit the road in the early-early gloom for 3+ miles. Mosey to the flag pole while doing some High Knees, Side Shuffles, Karioke's, and Butt Kicks. The usual warm-ups along with a fairly new one called Tumbleweeds (thanks Tank).The Thang:
Off to the Field Of Dreams but a quick stop at the hill for some Clock Merkins (12:00, 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00). Two teams were formed and a board of pain was waiting on the pax. Movie Clip Trivia was the game this morning and the winning pax would choose an exercise for his own team as well as the losers. MVP of the morning may have been Avis as he seemed to be the biggest winner.....which made all the pax winners as YHC believes he chose Burpees for all just about every time he won.
