On Monday Tank lead a workout similar to what I normally would do (especially after some time away), so needed to come up with something else.


Quick warmup:
  • 10x Weed Pickers
  • 10x Wind Mills
  • 25x Mountain Climbers
  • Lap around the parking lot
Maybe something else too.  It was early and my memory is fuzzy.

The Thang:

Carried our coupons down the hill and counterclockwise around the outer loop of the Sweet Apple property, stopping every so often to complete 25 reps of various prescribed exercises - curls, rows, etc.  Once we reached the front of the school, we split into two groups  - group 1 did step ups while group 2 ran a lap around the parking lot, then we swapped.  Once each group had completed two rounds, we walked clockwise back towards the flag, again stopping every so often for exercises.  Upon reaching the top of the hill, we again split into 2 groups, one doing burpees and the other doing a lap around the upper parking lot.  After two rounds, we returned to the flag for LBCs until time was called.
