It was low 30's and the morning after daylight savings time (so we were all working on an hour less than usual), so congrats to getting out.  I think we're all ready for the warmer weather.


Mosey'd over to parking lot on other side of football field and did some SSH, Willie Mays Hays, Hillbillies, Weedpickers....

The Thang:

Mosey'd to the football field and met up in the endzone. 1st round: 10 burpees, run to the 50 and back; complete that 5 times for a total of 50 burpees. 2nd round: 15 merkins, run to the 50 and back; complete that 5 times for a total of 75 merkins. 3rd round: 20 squats, run to the 50 and back; complete that 5 times for a total of 100 squats. 4th round: 25 (single count) freddie mercury's, run to 50 and back; complete 5 times for a total of 125 fm's. Lunge walk to 50 yard line; crab walk and/or duck walk to end zone.   Mosey'd back to flag and did plank-ups (going back and forth between high planks and elbow planks) for the remaining 60 seconds.


Prayers for friends of Durty Nelly who have recently had a failed surrogacy.  Prayers for those who are under a tremendous amount of stress at work, in some challenging environments.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Paparazzi played the part of philosopher this morning and helped us keep in mind that during periods of challenge and extreme stress and pressure, if we try to reframe that period as lucky to get to face the challenges; see it as an honor; or even better see it as preparation for what's to come.  Also, a reminder that the men of F3 are there to support - if it's to talk or grab a beer or just listen to you vent.  Rely on
