8 total PAX took the daily red pill and posted for the Windjammer MMR&R. 7 runners and 1 rucker. The runners did the greenway loop, 5.2 miles total. The rucker did an out and back. 5 PAX posted for coffeeteria that followed at Starbucks. An extra prayer was spoken for the poor soul who followed Milli Vanilli into the Starbucks bathroom.
