The Thang:

After warmup, slow mosey with coupons to field behind school. Drop KB's in the field and mosey to basketball court. First up: 4 Corners
  • Crabwalk to Corner 1: 10 Merkins
  • Bear crawl to Corner 2: 10 Merkins, 20 Carolina Dry Docks
  • Crabwalk to Corner 3: 10 Merkins, 20 Carolina Dry-Docks, 30 Lunges (single count)
  • Bear crawl to Corner 4: 10 Merkins, 20 Carolina Dry-Docks, 30 Lunges, 40 LBC's
Then mosey back to the KBs on the field for: Partner DORA 100, 200, 300 
  • 1oo count = Skull Crushers
  • 200 count = Swings
  • 300 count = Overhead Press
Partner 1 does exercise while partner 2 runs suicide style down every tree on the field. When partner 2 returns, flapjack with Partner 1. Rinse and repeat until all rounds are complete. Mosey back to the flag for a quick staggered sprint from one side of the lot to the other till time.
