Preamble:

Corn Dog and I finished up our pre run to find several HIM's ready to get after it. Told the men it was March which is one of my favorites because of March Madness, We will be doing some work on the basketball court.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the upper parking lot and performed the following: Mountain Man Poopers Moroccan Night Clubs Weed Pickers Willie Mays Hayes Imperial Walkers SSH

The Thang:

Mosey to the basketball court for some four corner action. Start at center court with 3 Burpees, bear crawl to the first corner for 20 Merkins, bear crawl back to center court for 3 more Burpees, bear crawl to the next corner for 19 Bobby Hurley's, bear crawl back to center for 3 Burpees. Repeat at remaining 2 corners with 18 LBC's and 17 Carolina Dry Docks. Rinse and Repeat going down by 3 reps at each corner.
