The Thang:
Rd 1 -8 lots of arms, shoulders, and a little of the legs. No rest, terribel burns through the arms/shoulders and running across the parking lot.
Threw in some murder bunnies and bunnie murderes, bear crawls, crawl bears, man makers (not burpees), WWIII's, skull crushers, kettle swings and bench presses..... plus bunny hops :)
