Preamble:

The early response to the preblast was weak as a lot of our regular pax were traveling.  YHC thought it could be a solo bd and crafted a plan to calibrate his own fitness. But got so attached to the idea that he used the plan though we had 6 pax for the bd.

Line up at the end zone with a coupon. Do the following run to the other end and back 10 burpees 20 bbsus and chilli jacks 20 squats and lunges 20 curls and skull crushers Murder bunny to advance the coupon 10 yards Repeat the sequence

Hill seeker / tower road run next sat 50k race tomorrow (Jugdish and snake)
