Six Months Celebration

Preamble:

It has been six months since I joined in F3 back in March, 2023. This is one of my best decisions I made. I am very grateful for all my friends and brothers in F3.

Warm-O-Rama:

After disclaimer, we did the following: Weed Picker, Windmills, SSH, and Michael Phelps.

The Thang:

1. We moved to a small bridge and did the 11s on both sides - Kraken burpees and Flutter Kicks. 2. We moseyed to the big bridge and teamed up to do 100 Mercans, 100 Dips, and 100 LBC. 3. As we moved back to the flag, we did 5 perfect merkins.  

COT:

Pray for Birdie as he plans to travel 2 weeks.
