Preamble:

YHC still recovering from weekend 50k but wound up on the Q sheet again.  Dammit.  Oh well.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Game:

All PAX will compete against the house (YHC) in rounds of exercises with a single roll of the die.  PAX bets whether their roll will be higher or lower than the house.  If PAX wins, we do the lower rep count.  If the house wins, we do the higher.  Tie goes to the house.  Take a lap after each round.  PAX and house roll at the same time while PAX called over/under before seeing what the house roll.

Round 1 – Merkins (5/10)

Round 2 – Squats (10/20)

Round 3 – LBC (15/30)

Round 4 – 5 burpees / 5 wolverines

Round 5 – wide merkins (10/15)

Round 6 – lunges (single count) (10/20)

Round 7 – reverse LBC (10/20)

Round 8 – 5 burpees / 5 wolverines

One round of 10 wolverines in there when Inseam tried to call a tie and lost.

Back to the flag at precisely 6:15 for COT and FNG naming.

Prayers for Snowman’s uncle, Don, who has a blocked artery in his neck that needs to be treated.  Safe travels for all the PAX traveling this week.
