Q Scheduling 101 – Instructor: Whiz

Preamble:

YHC must have been reading the strategic white paper Whiz is working on titled “how to schedule a year’s worth of Q’s on January 1st.”  This strategy keeps you on the Q sheet throughout the year but can wind up with some weeks where you are pretty stacked up, a.k.a. being the Q on both Thursday and Friday.  None the less, Snowman was back from the west coast and his excitement level could rouse up a beat down from any Q so off we go…

The Thang:

Short mosey and partner up for a parking lot crawl.  Partner A begins to bear crawl while partner B runs to the end of the parking lot and back to relieve his partner.  Do 5 burpees and then start bear crawling while other partner runs.

Next, off to the baseball fields.  Stayed in the outfield for a partner Dora:

PAX A runs the length of the outfield from 1st base line to 3rd base line; Nur back

Partner B works on

200 squats

300 LBCs

Almost out of time, but a quick stop by the lower picnic shelter for a quadruple nickel
