2nd Anniversary BD

Preamble:

Celebrating 2 years in F3 with by leading a good old-fashioned Beat Down!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey through the parking lot to loosen up the legs and then circle up near the big flag pole for the usual stuff.

The Thang:

Mosey to the ghetto track over by the Rec Center.  Well, it’s not so ghetto anymore, Alpharetta paved over the bumpy tree root areas.  Nice living in a city with more tax money than they know what to do with (I think?).

First lap we run to the halfway point near the Rec Center for 25 Merkins, then complete the lap with 25 Big Boys at the start.  In honor of two years, let’s do that twice.

Second (third) lap is 25 Sum Squats halfway and 25 Box Cutters at the start.  You guessed it, let’s do that twice.

Third (fifth) lap is 10 Burpees halfway and 25 J-Lo’s at the start.  Rinse and Repeat.

Fourth (seventh) lap is 25 Lunges (single count) halfway and 25 Freddy Mercury’s.  Now do it again!

Fifth (ninth) lap is…well look at the time.  Mosey back towards the flag.  We made it halfway, let’s do 10 Burpees.  Deep Dish celebrates, Special K is not pleased.

OK, finally made it back to the flag and time is pretty much up.  Dying Cockaroach called by Fanny Pack to close.  Appropriate finish.

COT:

I’ve forgotten some of this stuff so forgive me.  I do remember prayers for those F3 guys missing time due to injury and prayers for Morphine who is transitioning/moving out of the Rubicon area.
