Return of the King

Preamble:

YHC had been unable to be at Storm for a while, due to new baby and foot injury, but he was excited to be back in the saddle.

He was pushed hard in the pre run, and is ever grateful for it.

Snowman could only stay for pre run, crab cake decided to run on his own, all others chose The fast-paced Ruck.

COT:

Several announcements of upcoming first F events were discussed and banned about as potential things to do this summer.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We enjoyed a nice long coffee talking about variety of topics.
