Great numbers this morning. No special planning and went music-less today. Felt like a good time to hit the turf field with coupons…
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the turf field parking lot for 12 x SSH, Weed Pickers, Mountain Climbers, and Michael Phelps. Grab a coupon and head to the turf field.
The Thang:
Starting at the goal line, overhead carry coupon to the 10 yard line, 10 x curls, bear crawl back to the goal line. Next to the 20yd line, 10 x curls, bear crawl back to the goal line. Repeat every 10 yards up to the 50yd line and return to goal line.
4 rounds of this – round 2: bus drivers and bear crawl back, round 3: skull crushers and lunge back, round 4: overhead press and lunge back.
Mosey to the hill for hill for a quick backwards run-up and 20 merkins.
Mosey to the flag with a minute of Mary, time.
