Starting Halpha Day Early

Preamble:

Morphine pulled me in to run my Q recruitment magic that worked at Rubicon. If I am going to push for sign ups I should do it myself and so I grabbed my spot. I did not consider it was the same day as Halpha Day. So to prep for my upcoming 1 am Q I kept my commitment and head to the Boneyard.

A promise of an FNG was met and Fanny Pack immediately demonstrated how we start at 0530 and you shouldn’t be late.

Warm-O-Rama:

We moseyed up toward my center of operations and returned for Fanny Pack and the FNG

SSH, WP, IW, Arm Circles, and whatever it is when you swing your arms across your body.

The Thang:

I won’t like. I am putting in my real work for my Q tonight so went with an FNG friendly escalating board. Plus the Irene love at Boneyard is hard to compete with. Ill come back with a more unique bd some day.

Do each of the following and run a 1/5 mile lap adding the next line each time

5 Mercans
10 Squats
15 LBCs
20 SSH
25 Dips
30 Lunges
35 Freddy Mercury
40 Plank Jacks

Boomer immediately lapped most of us but everyone got through the full board (or at least 75% of the reps of the full board)

Back to the flag for some Captain Thor 1 Big Boy and 4 ALPHA American Hammers. We got through 4 rounds and time was up. To be continued….
