then back to station 1 for ab exercise #1, then back to station 2 for ab exercise #2, then to station 3 to do ab exercise #3, then back to station 2 with ab exercise #2,
then back to station 1 for ab exercise #1, then to station 2 for ab exercise #2, then to station 3 for ab exercise #3, then to station 4 for ab exercise #4,
then to station 3 for ab exercise #3, then to station 2 for ab exercise #2, then to station 1 for ab exercise #1.
So this is the order 1,2,1,2,3,2,1,2,3,4,3,2,1. Then repeat for arms and legs.
