Valley Girls Magical Mile – Firehouse edition

Preamble:

It’s a 25 minute drive North but I’ll always be on the Q sheet for my good friends at Firehouse.  Great park for a beat down.

Warm-O-Rama:

End of the upper lot for WMH, WP, SSH, Global Warming, and sun Gods

The Thang:

Valley Girls Magical mile…Firehouse version

Using the upper lot, it’s .37 miles around. So we planned 3 trips around for 1.11 miles.
The loop had 6 different points, the crosswalks and drive cut through, where we stopped to get swole.
Lap 1 – 17 Merkins at each stop – 102 merkins
Lap 2 – 17 Prisoner squats at each stop – 102 prisoner squats
Lap 3 = 17 LBC at each stop – 102 LBC

Mosey to the soccer field, line up on the side line for foxhole.   Rolling over side to side doing a merkins and WWI sit ups, increasing reps by 1 for each roll.  Stopped at 12.

Back to flag for a de-escalator. 7 Donkey Kicks, 7 Jump Squats, 7 Jonnie Drama’s. Then 6, 5, 4 and so on.
