  • 10 Copperhead squats
  • 10 Bear hugs
  • 10 weed pickers
  • 10 Seal Claps
  • 10 Abe Vigoda
  • 400m jog

 

 

 

 

 

The Thang:

Equipment: 30 cinders

Run to the pile of cinders.  Move the pile 200M and build a wall.  Do some exercises.  Move the wall another 200m.  Do some work.  Rinse, repeat.

 

  1. Wall #1: 10 Mercans, 10 dips, 10 LBC
  2. Wall #2: 10 Thrusters, 10 American hammers, plank 60 second
  3. Wall #3: 10 lateral burpees over the wall, 10 cinder swings, 10 big boys
  4. Wall #4: 10 overhead press, crab walk around the wall, 10 straight leg deadlift
  5. Wall #5:. 10 Burpee broad jump over wall, bear crawl around wall
  6. Load cinders back in the truck
