Preamble:
Today is Groundhog day and Inseam’s 4 year F3 Anniversary.
The plan was to run a hilly loop on repeat (like the movie Groundhog Day). If we pushed it we would get 4 loops and 400 ft of elevation for 4 Years.
Most of us got 3 Loops and 4 miles for 4 years.
Warm-O-Rama:
Start yogging on time. Slow mosey for the group of prerunners to catch up. Out of respect for the tight clock and on time pax, we opted not to capri lap, but rather let them catch us at the light.
The Thang:
Up Pirkle Ferry, down the dark neighborhood. Repeat.
YHC bounced up and down the chain of Pax to keep us all on the same page. Loop back for the 6 group and all finish together. Awesome.
COT:
Snowman’s haircut leading to new job opportunities. CrabCake’s friend healing. Praise to the Biggy Baskins for celebrating 15 years of boss bitching. TCLAPs my friend.
