Preamble:
Pregaming YHC’s 4 year f3 anniversary that is tomorrow.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the old spot on the main drag for the usual SSH, Weed Pickers, Sprinklers, Phelps.
Emphasize the importance of good Form in today’s BD.
The Thang:
Mosey to the top of the baseball fields. Routine of 11s. Up top we have Hand Release Mercans. Down below we have Butt To The Bench Squats. Each time we pass through the gate we pay the gate keeper 3 Burpees.
Attempt a little pax relay competition to finish us off. Audible to a long lap and 3 MoM due to an absurd amount of confusion among 30% of the pax.
