COT:

Welcome FNG PM! He showed up for Monday’s 4:30 pm run at 4:30 am! Doh!

Thought for the day:

We all shared the “burden” of a 62 lb sandbag this morning. None of us could have done the workout carrying the load by ourselves.  We shared the burden.

Likewise, we need to share our burdens with each other.  Humans are pack animals. We are meant to live in groups, not a lone wolf! Yet our daily routine seems to encourage the I don’t need help, I’ll handle it my self attitude.  We need each other! Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help and to share your burden with your battle buddy.
