Coupon Ladders

Preamble:

It’s been a minute since I was Q at the Hooch, so I had to make it count.

Warm-O-Rama:

Standard issue mosey, karaokes, high knees, butt kickers, SSH, Abe Vigodas, weed pickers, covids, teabag stretch.

The Thang:

Coupon Ladders:

Setup is a long curb and four consecutive parking rows, roughly 20′ apart, and a deck of cards with exercises and rep counts.  Q urged the Pax to focus on form vs speed.

• 1st Pax picks and exercise/rep count card.
• Start with Coupons lined up at the curb, run with coupon to first line and perform prescribed exercise.
• Drop coupon and run back to the starting line, touching curb suicide style, then run to retrieve coupon and run with it to the second line.
• Perform exercise at second line, drop coupon and run back to starting line and touch curb, then proceed to third line, picking up coupon along the way.
• Rinse and repeat to the fourth line
• After completing fourth set of exercises, return with coupon back to starting point
• Pax await the 6, then 2nd Pax picks a card, rinse and repeat sequence.

• 10 Irkins
• 10 Shoulder presses
• 15 Curls
• 10 Coupon Squats
• 10 Skull Crushers
• 20 Coupon LBCs
