Preamble:

 

Thanks to Site Q – Mayhem for reminding YHC of his Q this morning yesterday afternoon, there was plenty of time to plan and even print out a Weinke. A couple HC’s had to bow out for different reasons and prayers were said for those pax.

 

4 pax gathered in the extra early gloom of Academy and as 5:15 am hit, the temps were feeling close to the mid 30’s. Welcome to the false winter as Cookie said….or else we all hope that is the case!!

 

Disclaimer given and off we went.

The Thang:

YHC decided to hit up some different restaurant/bar stops in downtown Alpharetta.

Each pax sprinted to top of stairs while all others:
  • 1st round: SSH
  • 2nd round: Big Boy’s
  • 3rd round: Monkey Humpers (bear crawl one flight of stairs then sprint rest)
  • 4th round: Imperial Walkers (bear crawl two flights then sprint)
Central City green space:
Bear Crawl/Crab Walk/Duck Walk around green space while pax took turn calling out exercises/numbers. There were Dips, LBC’s, Burpees, Calf Raises and more.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Pleasure to lead this group this morning and it got warm quick.

 

Fun to get around downtown Alpha without all the hustle and bustle. Seems like a 2nd F is due for the Chiringa Green or Truck & Tap or some other popular spot.
