Sometimes you feel like a nut

Preamble:

3 pre pre / 7 pre / 17 PAX

Great morning to end the week strong and play with some Halloween candy.

Warm-O-Rama:

Take a few laps to give Benny a chance to get out of his truck, then circle up for SSH, weed picker, willy mays hays, Moroccan nightclub.

The Thang:

Head down to the newly resurfaced parking lot and setup the board.  PAX took turns pulling candy out of the pumpkin basket and we did the corresponding exercises.  Round one started with 5 reps and each round increased by 5 with YHC choosing when he felt like graduating to the next round.  Take a lap down the length of the lot and in between each round.

Highlights:

• we did a s#!tload of merkins
• Not a single starburst was pulled
• 2 almond joys were pulled in like 3 picks.
  • First one resulted in 20 wolverines
  • Cingular pulled second one 2 picks later YHC made the PAX a deal; do 10 wolverines or let Cingular pick again and do 40 of whatever he pulls.  PAX chose the 10 wolverines and probably picked wisely.

Back to the flag with just enough time for Corndog to perfect his cadence calling capability with some flutters.  That man is ready to Q!

COT:

Prayers for residents in FL who lost much and will be rebuilding for a long time and for all of us to find and reach others in need.

Benny gave a great charge to get to know one PAX (or anyone really) a bit better over the coming month.  Man date mandate…
