Praise for Snowman’s great experience with the PAX in Texas last week.   He even recruited some pre-runners and they didn’t even know pre-running was a thing!

Prayers for those in Florida impacted by hurricane Ian.  Regardless of the fact that the TV coverage has waned, the weight of that situation is heavy for many so let’s not forget them and look for ways to help if we can.

Comments are often made regarding the fact that F3 is more than a workout.  A completely true statement in every way, but don’t lose sight of the fact that the workout component is very important.  I attended a funeral for a 54-year old on 9/25 who had been a close friend in my 20’s.  It was clear not only from his tragic story, but also from the other friends of mine from that time period who were in attendance, that the decisions we make have consequences.  Choices you make that don’t seem like a huge deal at the time can send your life in a completely opposite direction.  Obviously, there are many things that are not in our control, but let’s capitalize on the ones that are.
