Preamble:
YHC, Toadstool, and Seaman did a 45 minute pre-ruck (pre-run was advised against due to Toadstool’s plantar fasciitis and YHC’s sore ankles).

The Thang:
PAX rucked, but with the added benefit of having a purposed conversation. We discussed the concept of introspection, and how we can best look inward (at the good and the bad) and find object truth about ourselves, our actions, and our goals.
Towards the end, a PAX needed to use the restroom, but the group accompanying him failed to tell the rest of us. There was a bit of hide-and-go-seek until we found the gas station they were at and finally reunited.
COT:
There were prayers for many things.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
There was a great coffee session (with Dunshire’s fancy scones for sustenance). We had some good camaraderie on standup comedians and James Bond films.
