Preamble:

Decided to do an old school Atlas style workout that Rusty used to do, but incorporated Zima’s Hill in the proceedings.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick warmup:

  • 10x Weed Pickers
  • 10x Toy Soldiers
  • 20x Mountain Climbers

The Thang:

Five trips up and down Zima’s Hill with the cinderblock as company.

Trip 1 – Lunge walk up the hill.  Every 4th parking spot, complete 10 Good Mornings then continue.  Upon reaching the top, Cusack and return to the bottom of the hill and perform 20 squats.

Trip 2 – Farmer carry (left side) up the hill.  Every 4th parking spot, complete 10 Curls then continue.  Upon reaching the top, Cusack and return to the bottom of the hill and perform 20 squats.

Trip 3 – Cusack up the hill.  Every 4th parking spot, complete 10 Overhead Presses then continue.  Upon reaching the top, return to the bottom of the hill and perform 20 squats.

Trip 4 – Farmer carry (right side) up the hill.  Every 4th parking spot, complete 10 Rows then continue.  Upon reaching the top, return to the bottom of the hill and perform 20 squats.

Trip 5 – Lunge walk up the hill.  Upon reaching the top, PAX completed 20 LBCs, V-Ups, Dying Cockroaches, and then Cusak back to the flag (by the way, who has the flag?).
