Not much chatter on Slack since all the BRR runners are out doing their thing. Thought it was going to be 3 of us, but pleasantly surprised with the 7 PAX who showed up with their running shoes on.

start down 20, right on sawnee dr. left on Hwy 9. Usually a good 4.5 mile loop. YHC has some hamstring issues so had to pull up after 3 miles. That whole ” listen to your body thing”…
The running PAX got in 5 miles – strong!
